The studio was created by our mastering engineer following high end audio requirements. We use selected high end gear from renowned companies to mix / master your songs such as: Manley, Dangerous Music, Waves, URS, Sonnox, Solid State Logic, Sonic Solutions and more. The analog & digital equipment suits the needs of our clients projects. We are always looking for new gear and vintage equipment to improve the facility.
As the main daw we are using Sonic Solutions’s Soundblade. Hardly no other Daw in the music industry is having a transparent sound engine like it. It lets us create clean sounding masters and we are able to hear even more details in songs for corrections. We are also creating DDP’s and Red Book CDR’ s with it as it provides a 100 percent error free security.
Everything in our mastering studio is completely wired by Vovox. We are optimizing your music for formats such as CD, iTunes. Our engineer is specialized in vinyl mastering for the lathe cut as well. Simply contact us for audio test samples.
The audio mastering studios gear is tested over a long period. During that time we can judge if the equipment fits our way of working and the particular sound we have in mind. As we work in various genres the gear is used for multi purposes. It can be used by our mixing engineer and could be combined to our existing gear in terms of the sound, transparency and color.
You need different ingredients in order to form the sound of a song. As an example: For stem mastering service we use the dangerous music 2 bus for analog summing to receive a vintage sound known from recording studio consoles. We use Plextor burner for our cd masters & authoring to error check all Red Book CDR’s.
The studio is built around a Sterling Modular Plan A Console. The console was developed so it is acoustically silent in the room without causing reflections. This is important in order to be able to judge all frequencies in the right way. In order to achieve a clean signal path we tested various cables. How to get your music mastered?
